You know what to eat. You’ve read the books. You’ve done the programs – some of them more than once. And you’re tired, not because you’re weak, but because you’ve been working hard at the wrong level.
Most weight loss approaches work on behaviour. What to eat, when to eat, how much to move. And those things matter. But behaviour follows identity. What you do is a reflection of who you believe you are – and until that shifts, every plan eventually runs out of steam.

What the work actually is

I’m a Weight-Loss Coach, Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I’ve been doing this since 2013, and the one thing I know for certain is this: when a woman changes who she believes herself to be, her relationship with food and her body changes with it – without force, without willpower battles, without white-knuckling it through another set of rules.
The work combines coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and mini habits so small they don’t trigger any internal resistance. We reconnect you with your body’s intelligence. We meet your future self – the woman who already has what you’re working toward – and install that identity at the level of the subconscious mind, which is where lasting change actually lives.
This isn’t about uncovering old wounds or deep excavation. It’s about moving forward into a new version of yourself.

The best place to start
The Identity Shift Session is a 60-minute 1:1 experience with me via Zoom. It’s the clearest way to feel what this work is – and to experience a real shift, not just hear about one.
Using light hypnosis and NLP, we work directly with your subconscious mind to begin moving your identity from “someone who struggles with weight” to “someone who naturally maintains her ideal weight.” After the session you receive a personalised audio recording to listen to daily, which strengthens the new neural pathway each time you hear it.
